مظہر حلفاً بیان کرتا ہے کہ 

1۔ تحصیل بہاولنگر میں میری ذاتی ملکیتی زمین 15 ایکڑ سے کم نہ ہے ۔ اور میری کل ذاتی ملکیت پورے پاکستان میں آب پاش علاقہ کی صورت میں 25 ایکڑ اور بارانی علاقہ کی صورت میں 50 ایکڑ سے زیادہ نہ ہے ۔ 

2۔ میں نے گزشتہ 5 سال کے دوران نہ تو بنک سے قرض لے کر ٹریکٹر خریدا ہے اور نہ ہی میں کسی بنک کا باقی دار ہوں ۔

3۔ میں حکومت پنجاب کے بقایا جات کا بھی باقی دار نہ ہوں ۔ 

4۔ حکومتی شرائط کے مطابق اگر سب سڈی پر ٹریکٹر کے لیئے قرعہ اندازی میں نام نکل آیا تو میں 45 دن کے اندر حکومت پنجاب کے منظور شدہ ٹریکٹر کے تیار کنندہ یا اس کے مجاز ڈیلر کے ذریعے ایک عدد ٹریکٹر بک کراﺅں گا۔ اگر میں مذکورہ عرصہ کے دوران ٹریکٹر بک نہ کروا سکا تو میرے سب سڈی منسوخ تصور ہوگی۔ 

5۔ میں اس سکیم کے تحت حاصل کردہ ٹریکٹر کو مجاز اتھارٹی سے رجسٹرڈ کرواں گا۔ 

6۔ میں اس سکیم کے تحت حاصل کردہ ٹریکٹر 3 سال تک کسی بھی انداز میں کسی دوسرے شخص کو فروخت نہیں کروں گا ۔ اور نہ ہی قبضہ منتقل کروں گا ۔ 

7۔ میں اس سکیم کے تحت حاصل کردہ ٹریکٹر صرف زرعی مقاصد کے لیئے استعمال کروں گا ۔ 

8۔ میں نے اس سے پہلے کبھی بھی ٹریکٹر سب سڈی کے لیئے درخواست نہیں دی ۔ 

9۔ میں کسی دوسری جگہ اس سکیم کے تحت سب سڈی کے لیئے درخواست نہیں دی ۔ 

10۔ میرے کنبہ کے کسی فرد نے اس سکیم کے تحت ٹریکٹر حاصل کرنے کے لیئے درخواست نہیں دی ۔ 

11۔ الاٹمنٹ کے بارے میں چیئرمین ضلعی کمیٹی /سیکریٹری زراعت کا فیصلہ حتمی ہوگا ۔ اور اسے کسی بھی عدالت میں چیلنج نہیں کروں گا ۔ 

12۔ میں اقرار کرتا ہوں کہ مندرجہ بالا شرائط میں سے کسی ایک شرط کی خلاف ورزی یا غلط بیانی کی صورت میں بھی حکومت پنجاب کی سب سڈی کی رقم مبلغ 2,00,000/- روپے نقد رکھنے کا پابند ہوں ۔ جو کہ مجھ سے بطور بقایا جات لینڈریونیو قابل وصولی ہوگی ۔ 

یہ کہ بیان بالا بالکل ردست و تسلیم کر لیا ہے تحریر

Mazhar declares under oath that

1. My personal land in Tehsil Bahawalnagar is not less than 15 acres. And my total personal property is not more than 25 acres in case of irrigated area and 50 acres in case of rainfed area in whole Pakistan.

2. During the last 5 years, I have neither bought a tractor by taking a loan from the bank nor am I a bank balance.

3. I am not even the arrears of the Punjab government.

4. According to the government conditions, if the name comes out in the lottery for the tractor on Subsidy, then I will book one tractor within 45 days through the Punjab government approved tractor manufacturer or its authorized dealer. If I fail to book the tractor within the said period, my Subsidy will be considered cancelled.

5. I will get the tractor acquired under this scheme registered with the competent authority.

6. I will not sell the tractor acquired under this scheme to any other person for 3 years. Nor will I transfer possession.

7. I will use the tractor acquired under this scheme for agricultural purposes only.

8. I have never applied for Tractor Subsidy before.

9. I have not applied for subsidy under this scheme anywhere else.

10. No member of my family has applied to get a tractor under this scheme.

11. The decision of Chairman District Committee/Secretary Agriculture regarding allotment will be final. And I will not challenge it in any court.

12. I acknowledge that even in case of violation or misrepresentation of any of the above conditions, I am bound to keep the subsidy amount of Punjab Government amounting to Rs.2,00,000/- in cash. Which will be recoverable from me as arrears of land revenue.

That the above statement has been completely rejected and accepted
